Validating Your Order

After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment and/or shipping address.  We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us and/or limit quantities on any order, without giving a reason.  If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address you have provided with the order.  Generally, your credit card/bank account will not be charged if we reject an order; however, we will process a refund if a charge has been made against your card/bank account.

Acceptance of Order

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation from us does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Order Limitations/Limited Quantities

Delivery

All orders placed on this site are subject to stock availability and will be posted according to our site’s delivery terms. In the rare event that your order never arrives, we must receive notification of lost items via email and/or phone within 30 days of receipt of the shipping confirmation email.

Delivery charges depend on the sum of weight of the total items that you have purchased.  The delivery cost is shown once you place your order performed at Checkout. For East Malaysia customers, there will be additional delivery charges which we will quote over the delivery charges generated by out site's system.

Free Delivery for order over RM250.00. 

All delivery and handling fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable. Oxyfreshdistributormalaysia.com reserves the right to alter, apply or waive the delivery and packaging charges at our absolute discretion.

Oxyfreshdistributormalaysia.com sees to it, that you get your purchased item(s) delivered to you as fast as possible but we cannot guarantee to meet the scheduled delivery on all occasions. Delivery times for suburban/remote areas may be longer.  Delivery times are indicative only and Oxyfreshdistributormalaysia.com does not accept any liability or consequential blame for failure to meet the scheduled delivery time stated, resulting directly/indirectly any inconvenience caused. Delivery of purchased items estimated for West Malaysia is 3 days and East Malaysia is 5 days.

All risk of damage or loss is transferred to the buyer upon dispatch of the item(s) to the advised recipient address. Oxyfreshdistributormalaysia.com undertakes to provide adequate packaging and a reliable delivery service but is not responsible for any damage or loss of your purchase item(s) in transit.  Buyer bears for the delivery fees again if delivery was returned due to incorrect address provided by the buyer.

Return Policy

Buyer will take full responsibility of the product damage/lost during the return delivery to Oxyfreshdistributormalaysia.com, thus is advised to use insured registered postal.
